Running Accomplishments:

I ran a 3:09:47.5 at the 2008 Striders WRC 30K,a 1:52:08.3 at the 2008 Striders WRC 1/2 Marathon, a 1:28:34.4 in the 2008 Striders WRC 10 Miler, a 25:21.8 in the 2008 Striders WRC 5K, a 4:18:36.67 in my FIRST marathon (Ogden 2008) and a 26:27.0 in the 2009 Striders WRC 5K.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Goals for 2009: Complete my second marathon...TBD, run a 1:45 in a half marathon and break 20 minutes in a 5K. I would like to begin logging my miles for the year. I plan on completing the 2009 Striders WRC again, the Ogden 1/2 Marathon, The Wasatch Back, and possibly run the Top of Utah Marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Complete at least one marathons a year and continue to run and bike.

Personal:

I am married, no children, but 2 dogs that LOVE to run...both whippets, medium sized Greyhounds. My wife and I love the Ogden area and have lived here for since early 2004. I am a graduate from Weber State University and currently work as a Project Manager for a local hospital.My running history includes, high school track, but only sprint distances, 100 and 200 meters. I began running again in 2004 and have been running off and on since then. I have competed in multiple 5K's, but have yet to break the 20 minute mark. I look forward to continue running and reaching my race goals.

30 minutes on the bike trainer.

6 mile loop around my neighborhood in 50 minutes. What a beautiful day! Can't beat this warm spring-like weather. Felt excellent the entire run. Stepping my training up.
